Helix is Yalira’s structured capital platform.
It originates and structures asset-backed bond issuances secured by validated hard-asset collateral.
Each issuance is executed through a dedicated special purpose vehicle (SPV), supported by perfected security, pledged production, and ring-fenced reserve structures.
Helix does not assume operational control of underlying assets.
Its role is capital structuring, documentation, and lifecycle oversight.
Issuances are subject to independent legal, counterparty, and external review.
